When we decided to start up our own estate agency we looked very carefully at what customers said about their agents. It quickly became clear that the most common complaints were about the lack of contact, the apparent lack of interest and the lack of feedback from their agent in the marketing process. This surprised us.
We made it our mission to offer a service more in tune with the needs and wishes of our clients. Our staff are the best in the area, committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
We will keep you advised during the process and give you honest feedback on what buyers or tenants are saying about your house. We will then look at what we can do to resolve any issues. It won’t stop there. When we get you a buyer or tenant we will guide you through the process and we will be here to answer your questions.
