The cost of the Let Only Service, fully inclusive of all of the above services, is the
equivalent of one month’s Inc VAT subject to a minimum fee of £580.00 inclusive.
Letting & Full Management Service
All of the above items included in the Letting Service plus…
- Rental appraisal
- Advice as to Landlord’s statutory obligations
- Advice to comply with safety legislation
- To let board, marketing and advertising
- Arranging viewings with suitable tenants
- Negotiating letting terms and agreeing Tenancy start date
- Collection of initial months’ rent and agreed deposit
- Register deposit in accordance with
- Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
- Taking meter readings
- Preparation of Inventory / Schedule of Condition
- Arranging routine minor repairs and regular maintenance
- Interim property visits, minimum of two visits per anum
- Payment of property related outgoings
- Negotiating renewal before expiry of fixed tenancy term
- Preparation and serving of relevant legal notices under Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988
- End of Tenancy ‘Check-out’
Letting & Full Management Service is charged at the rate of £580.00 inclusive at the outset plus 12% inclusive of the monthly rent received, deducted from the rent, prior to being accounted to you.
